How do I take BrainRise? +

The dosage for BrainRise is 2 tablets up to twice a day.

The ideal time to take it is during periods of the day when you are experiencing brain-fog, lethargy, having a hard time focusing, in need of a boost of energy, or just otherwise feeling sluggish and wanting a kickstart for your brain.

Who is BrainRise For? +

BrainRise is for adults 18+ of all ages.   No matter our age we all suffer from the same symptoms like lack of motivation and focus, brain fatigue, stress, and all the other common symptoms BrainRises helps combat. From college students studying for a test, to professionals in the workforce, stay at home parents, or seniors, BrainRise can help everyone in a multitude of ways.

What payment types do you take? +

We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

Is my payment information safe? +

Yes. We are PCI Compliant and our site is SSL encrypted, and your payment information is 100% secure.  We take your personal privacy very seriously and will never disclose your information to a 3rd party.

Where is my order/How long will my order take to arrive? +

Upon completion of your order, an email will be automatically sent to you with your tracking number and the approximate number of days until delivery.

Tracking will begin once the carrier scans your shipment into the system. You can always email us at info@thoughtmatterinc.com  with any questions.

How much does shipping cost? +

We use USPS flat rate shipping which is $7.50/package and all orders over $75 are free

What If I am unhappy with BrainRise/Can I return it? +

If you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of your first purchase for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Just contact us with your

issue and we will do everything possible to resolve it for you.

Do you ship internationally? +

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States but will soon be adding more countries and ways to sell internationally. So keep checking back! If you are from another country and wish to place an order, send us an email and we’ll see if we can accommodate you.
