Shipping/Return Policies

SHIPMENTS

Packages will ship within 2-3 days of ordering. We do sometimes ship on Saturdays as well but it is not a guarantee.

All shipments require signatures. No exceptions. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to consider your order amount very carefully because then if you decide you want more, and place another order, then it becomes a hassle with us trying to group your items into one order, or you emailing us to ask us to do so when it’s your responsibility to order the correct amount you’ll need the first time. We can not be responsible for remembering to combine orders even if asked and agreed to, so order wisely please or your orders will end up shipping in multiple shipments.

RETURNS

All products are sold as-is and returns are not accepted unless authorized by us. Any returned orders must be in original manufacturer packaging and condition. Returns will only be authorized if an order was filled incorrectly by The Seller. The Buyer assumes liability for returned orders which arrive damaged during transit. In order to initiate a Return, The Buyer must contact The Seller within five (5) business days of delivery. Upon receiving a returned shipment, a refund will be authorized and processed within 5-7 business days, depending on method of payment.
